Book of the last two years: Anna Karenina

I have been reading Anna Karenina for a very, very long time. Somewhere around two years.

The longest I have ever taken to read a book was about a year, and that was for the unabridged version of Count of Monte Cristo.

I can read really slowly when I want to.

I finished on December 31st, thus ending my year with a rather large accomplishment. I actually found the book incredibly boring in parts, and I’m still confused about who many of the characters are. However, I enjoyed it overall because of its moral undertones and realistic and likable characters. There were just moments that made the book worth reading.
